5 rounds for time of:
200M run
15 Chest-to-Bar pullups
15 ring push-ups

You may do 15 ring pushups then 15 C2B pullups if you prefer that order. All 15 reps of one movement must be completed before starting the next movement.

21.21RX (ish) I say ish because my CTbar pull up engine started sputtering big time during 4th round, therefore probably 1/3 of my CTBs turned into extra high pull ups. I was EXTREMELY grateful these were 200s and not 400s. Ring push ups were not a big problem but CTBs were.
My time for this WOD in Feb was a full minute and a half less. I'm thinking either I didn't do RX or it was just because I was 6 months younger then.

Bill, I bet the reason you were slower has more to do with the WOD from the day before, than your latter age status...

And, Bill, it is right smack dab in the middle of summer time with awful humidity! I bet that has a WHOLE lot to do with it! Regardless, GREAT JOB! You completed it and that's all that matters! :)

Round 1 I did some du attempts then 45 singles. I figured I had better switch to air squats if I was going to be able to jump with one foot to the pullup bar. Rounds 2-5 I subbed 30 squats for the run. Not super fast 30, but 30 squats keeping weight on my heels. Ring pushups and c2b pullups RX. I did RPU first on all rounds.
RPU 15-15-10/5-10/5-10/5
C2B 8/7-9/6-5/5/5-10/5-7/4/4

AND we got a surprise visit from "Buttercup" himself!!! He will be returning as a dad of THREE on Nov 26. Woohoo!

i'm still not sure who buttercup is.

did my c2b pullups first. should've done the ring pushups first. tried to stay 8/7 on c2b pullups and that went away in round 3. ring pushups were 5's. last 2 rounds i think i broke them up differently. i got a PR, but not by much. i should've gamed it.

20:18 with C2B pull-ups and ring push ups. I was quite impressed my time considering I had never done ring push-ups, and for the record C2B pull-ups still suck after you do 60 of them.
