15 minutes to establish 3-rep max Deadlift

Over the box jumps, 24"/20"
Elevated push ups (feet on box, nose to the floor)

This morning I woke up and thought my collar bone was broken. I knew the AC joint was a little "tweaky" yesterday...Must have slept on it wrong. 30 minutes later, it was a bit better, but still not great. anyone else experiencing shoulder ouch-iness?

stacey - mu progressions stretch those shoulders/pecs/traps out more than any other movement to greater proportions that anything you've ever done. :) i'm sore as heck - shoulders, traps, back. roll out your shoulders and rest. i can show you some mobility tomorrow with a lacrosse ball.

Thanks Cori! Will be there in am! I sure don't mind "muscle soreness" because it means I worked hard, but joint pain and "ouch-iness" makes me mad because it slows me down!

My first day to do box jumps again. Glad that is over with! But I still hate the thought of doing them!
