12 Pull-ups

    9 pull ups (assisted, or beginner pull ups)

    Buttercups:
    3 rounds for time of
    run 200 m (run/walk)
    12 kettlebell/dumbbell swings, 5-10#
    6 pull ups (assisted, or beginner pull ups)

  4. i wasnt able to run this today since macie was with me and my only chance at the gym was at 8a today. so i worked on max snatch
    75-85-95-105-115M-115M-110
    5x5 squat snatch with 75#
    butterfly pullup and 20# wallball skunk work.

    shoulders are smoked!

  6. 12:23 1pd, jumping pullups. I did this exactly 30 seconds faster than last time.

    Also got 56 second tuck sit on Monday...
