rachel, i'm not sure of a sub. i'll have to run it by drew and see what he thinks would be a good equivalent substitution. maybe 10 burpees for every 30 du's?

Ok. I think I will be fine though. It's not like it's a lateral move. That's where I would likely run into trouble.
