rachel, i'm not sure of a sub. i'll have to run it by drew and see what he thinks would be a good equivalent substitution. maybe 10 burpees for every 30 du's?

- 20 in a row is a PR. Maxed out on that so the last 10 were slow. 20 in 44sec, finished 30th rep at 1:38.

15 burpees on the minute for 5 minutes
