this was my first ever rx wod with rope climbs coming in at 19:53 last july. yesterday i ran this one since i can't get to the gym today. time was 13:30. that's over a 6 min PR! :) i probably would've been faster if i could've run it with a group. but shoulda, coulda, woulda.

I bought some batting gloves to wear for rope climbs and they were great! (I burned my hands climbing In my new Reebok CF shoes Saturday. I slid down the rope a while lot faster than I expected.) now I can just slide down the rope!
