Here are substitutions you can make to this WOD. Your coach may have some other ideas, too.
GHD situps:
Toes2Bar, Knees2Elbows, v-ups, abmat situps
Rope Climbs:
15ft climb, 10ft climb, beginner rope climbs, practice foot holds
HSPU:
shorten ROM by touching head to mat, HSPU with feet/knees on box

Excellent story Cori! Reading that and knowing what it took to get back to where you are leaves me without any excuse for mediocrity. That said..next baby how about "tabata stretches to baby"?

seriously, thanks everyone for the support! it's been a long road, but worth every second! i don't recommend gaining 50#, but i do recommend training with a 50# weight vest! :) i would seriously like to thank dave for giving me a great life, and i huge shout out to coach drew and coach amber for being great partners, friends and supporters!

You are such an inspiration to me. Watching you train over the last year has been amazing. You hit your goals in and out of the gym. You are such a good example and I am so glad you were noticed by the Cf community! As a mom, I really appreciate the way you have kept YOUR fitness a priority. It is so easy to get caught up in all the demands of parenting and managing a home but you have kept yourself on the "to do" list. Your example has helped me to allow myself to go to the gym many days when I was really "too busy" to go. It has reminded me that taking care of myself is important and that I need to model that for my girls. You are such a good friend. I am so glad God brought you to Carport!
