    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    3 Pull-ups
    6 Push-ups
    9 Squats

    Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
    5 Pull-ups
    10 Push-ups
    15 Squats

    Puppies:
    Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
    1 Pull-ups (or 3 Beginner or Assisted Pull ups)
    4 Push-ups
    7 Squats

    Buttercups:
    Complete as many rounds in 10 minutes as you can of:
    1 Beginner or Assisted Pull-ups
    4 Push-ups
    7 Squats

    7 weeks post baby

    5/23/11 i got 12+ rounds rx
    4.5 months post baby

    today i got 18 rounds rx
    1 year 2 days post baby ;)

    i wanted 20 rounds! wah! pushups were my deal breaker. as i posted on 2/28, i needed to work on them. and guess what!? i still need to work on them.

  4. We all know that Dave and Drew love that Crimson and White, no wonder they want their dear team to overcome tonight. As a true auburn tiger I thought I'd pull for the purple an gold, until a thought came to me what an LSU win would hold. If the Mad Hatter pulled out a victory on that gridiron sod, tomorrow we could suffer when we meet that Carport WOD. It might be smarter to cheer the Tide on to a really big win, so that at crossfit tomorrow a Near Death workout Drew will not send:0}
