Sam Heidi at the TOP of the rope! Congratulations on your first rope climb!!!

50 burpees for time.
Then 7 min AMRAP of
10 OHS (95/65)
15 ball slams (30/20)

You will have 7 minutes to complete your burpees. The faster you finish, the longer you have to rest before the AMRAP begins. Score is time in seconds minus total reps. Lowest score wins.
