Complete 6 rounds:

4 Clapping Pull Ups
6 Clapping Push Ups
8 Standing Broad Jumps (minimum of 6 feet per jump)

*Clapping pull up is done but pulling and releasing at the top of the pull up, clapping your hands and re-grasping the bar.

Post longest broad jump & reps completed to comments.

Longest broad jump - 7ft 5.5inches PR!
All reps completed. Clapping pullups unbroken.

I had so much fun! Learning new stunts is one of my favorite things about CrossFit. It is so cool to be able to do clapping pullups - I no idea I could do that!!

My broad jump was 28" more than my height.
(I am 5' 1.5")

Broad Jump 8'2.75" However, I'm 6'1" so only 25.75" more than my height. Guess Amber still beat me. She's definitely got some rabbit in her. That was a fun "Football Friday" WOD!

that was a good wod. i enjoyed(?) the broad jumps, and i felt like i got better at them as the wod progressed. i was happy to clear 6' each time. clapping pullups became "almost claps." i didn't finish the wod with clapping pushups b/c they felt awful on my shoulders...stuck with good ol' solid tricep pushups. :)

our night trail run didn't turn out to be such a run...more of a hike. my contact caused some problems, so two good things came out of the "run." 1) i need to wear my glasses next weekend for the night portion and 2) the headlamp worked great. THANKS DREW!!!!! and thanks to rachel and scoot for going with me! sorry it wasn't any better than it was.

It was a really fun wod! Time was 8:45. My long jump kinda stunk.
I had fun Cori! Those hills were still a workout!
