I did the trainer bar for my first rep, and the 25lb short bar for my other reps. I did regular pullups with the purple band.
13/4, 4/3, 6/4, 7/3, 3/4

It was good to see you Judy, Drew, and Cori! Boy have I that place! I worked my way up to 70# for the ohs. I am easing back into it!
