N34 - OPEN WOD 1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches

The Power snatch loads are as follows:
Men and Masters Men 45-49, 50-54: 75lbs/35kg
Women and Masters Women 45-54: 55lbs/25kg
Masters Men 55-59, 60+: 65lbs/30kg
Masters Women 55-59, 60+: 45lbs/20kg

Question: Do you guys know of a good track that's open and not fenced in? Mtn Brook HS has one, but I didn't know if there were any others.
I am going to the CFE WOD tonight and make up this WOD in the a.m. My arms and right shoulder are KILLING me today.

We were doing our track session at Irondale Middle School (which is next to the Shades Valley high school) Dave said that the track is a little bit longer than regulation.

Yep, that is where we always go. Its on old leeds rd and is always open.

Are you doing the 200M intervals?

Drew experiminted with clean and jerks instead of snatches this time. He did a couple of rounds w/snatches but most were C&J. C&J are slower. He got 6rds.

that was a fun to do that wod again first time 4rds 30 du this time 6rds 5 ground to overhead started cleaning and jerking by third round. Adam got 4rds 9 snatches. Eric got 5rds 5 snatches. Z
