i'm embarrassed to post my time as it was 2 minutes slower than my march 29th GI jane. doh! but for reelz, yo....it was like breathing underwater this morning! and the donuts, fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy were weighing me DOWN! :) yay fried food and burpees!?
Alex got his 1st Muscle Up last night! THEN he did them in the wod!!!
