45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

You may use plates or barbells for this wod. If you use a barbell DO NOT DROP IT! It is an unloaded bar. Please choose a weight that you can manage. If you need to rest on your lunges, you may put the barbell on your shoulders or hold it in the high hang. When it is time to burpee, set the bar on the ground with control.

Puppies:
4 rounds
PVC -10# barbell or plate OHWL 35 feet
15 burpees

i bet anna g is soooooooo heartbroken it is wednesday and she isn't doing this wod! anna - you can always come make it up on saturday during open gym! i know how much you love burpees!!!!

Wednesday is a wonderful day!

Bill: "Rambo Modalisis" is an extreme muscle fatigue symdrome which tends to flare up whenever I either want to (a) get out of a WOD or (b) modify a WOD in some manner inconsistent with what the coaches are suggesting. It is very painful and has been known to knock me out of crossfitting for multiple days in a row.

an additional definition is
"*insert specific muscle group here* rambomyolisis": extreme muscle fatigue and soreness, generally in one specific area. fatigue and soreness is due to high volumes of intense work at max capacity and/or high volumes of intense work at max capacity using improper technique.

how it is used in a sentence:
"those GHD situps gave me awful bad abdominal rambo yesterday....i obviously wasn't firing my legs correctly!" or "i think those GHD situps gave me rambo."

Since it involves high volumes of intense work at max capacity I'm not at risk. Whew...I can relax now.
