Backwards Day

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Reverse burpees w/ slam ball
Backward lunges w/ slam ball
1 x Run 50 meters backwards

SKILL WORK:
Pullups - How many can you do without coming off the bar? Can you do chest-to-bar PU? Experiment with different grips and pullup styles.

A note on this wod.
It's supposed to be 1x50m run backwards after each set. So, it looks like
-10 reverse burpees, 10 backwards lunges, run 50m backwards
-9 reverse burpees, 9 backwards lunges, run 50m backwards
-8 reverse burpees...etc, etc.

The morning crew only ran 1x50m backwards at the end, which is my fault for not fully explaining it to Dave this morning. When he woke me up at 5a to ask me about reverse burpees, my brain wasn't working very well. I apologize to the morning class about that.

If you come to the 6:30p class, it will be run the way it was intended. :)
