So here’s the thing with this one gang.  If you have a crappy deadlift you should probably do hang squat cleans.  If you have a crappy front squat, you might want to consider doing a power clean, resetting and doing a thruster.  If you have a crappy thruster….I don’t know how to help you….

Well I guess it's time to come back this week. A month didn't do much for my wrist and hand but my calves are ok for the moment. Probably be there Thursday. When will this weeks games wod be done?
