Just a FYI-When you start and finish with a 1 mile run-it's ugly!

Finallay getting back tonight. I like this one although the 50 kettle bells will kill me. What is the kettle bell weight?

I'm predicting a very long wod for me if I go rx. I'll prolly do 1 pood kb swings and banded pullups. The running will depend on how my shins feel after those 150 du's from last night.

(my shins are screaming after du's...i literally cannot run after a lot of du's...not sure what's up with that)

note to self: must run more when shins aren't wrecked. it is now a very big weakness of mine. a 9 month running hiatus was not good for my fitness.
