My body was revolting today. Anytime I need ibuprofen to dull the pain required to bathe it is time for a rest day. Plus I apparently need to game plan for the triathlon. My last triathlon was a bag of doritos, a football game followed by a nap.

156 Rx the last two rounds did not = the 1st. Grip like always was the weakness. but a great pass was keep (1on 1spotting 1recovering)
