buttercups scale 4 rounds plus 4 du's had a hard time with the du's, but the farther along i got, the more i could string together. (put together 10 in the last round) it definitely goes to show you that du's are a skill set that must be practiced regularly. i will be doing 50 every time i go to the gym to get them back. my calves are already sore!!!

If you are working on your DU, do them instead of singles and count your misses.
i'll be there tonight at either the 4:30 or 5:30 class....looking forward to it. wonder if i can still do du's?!?!?!?

Ditto Dave. Have to work late tonight so I won't be there. Or maybe its that I don't want to get shown up by a mother who just had a baby.
