my quads are still awesomely sore from wed's wallballs.
i did this wod last thanksgiving at the track and had a hard time sitting for a couple of days afterwards...cant wait to experience that awesomeness again!! i'll be there tonight probably 6p or as soon as dave can relieve me of mommy duty. :)
Will, that is so funny! Are you running that one tomorrow? We have a small sledge wand, I am not sure about the snake shaker though. Might have to find a sub for that. ;)
