Power Snatch Ladder

Usually there is a lot of standing around for the first 10 minutes of this type of WOD. We figured this would be a great time to do today's burpees. So, for the first 9 rounds add burpees to total 10 reps/round. (Total Burpees = 45) With a continuously running clock do:

1 HPS, 9 Burpees the first minute
2 HPS, 8 Burpees the second minute...
3 HPS, 7 Burpees
4 HPS, 6 Burpees
5 HPS, 5 Burpees
6 HPS, 4 Burpees
7 HPS, 3 Burpees
8 HPS, 2 Burpees
9 HPS, 1 Burpees
10 HPS
11 HPS
... continuing as long as you are able.

Well I see there is no meal today. Must be a hintsince we have all eaten so much. 8lbs for me in 1 month

how did everyone do keeping up with their burpees while out of the gym?

remember the gym is not open at 4:30 p.m. this week, but will be open at 5:30 p.m.!
