So I still can hardly walk from all those box jumps! I can't come and then do Pinhoti pacing. I hope I am okay for tomorrow night...my calves are SCREAMIN'.
I scaled down the weight today (ego check) because my shoulder was sore from pressing yesterday. I really like to do everything rx and have a hard time scaling back. It was definitely the best thing to do today. I felt good pressing and dipping. Those sprints were super fun!!
