I missed a couple of days this week so I used today to make up a WOD outside since we have been blessed with such great weather. There is a 1 mile gravel track by Trinity Hospital off Montclair Road. It's a one mile loop with workout stations along the course. While running the mile loop stop and do 20 pull ups, then back out running then stop and complete 20 dips. Total time was 21:32, completed 2 rounds.
