155 pound Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps
The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable.

i am hoping to see a demo from coach drew today of the "Muscle-up Handstand push-up." what the crap is main site thinking!?!?!?
"Grace"
3:25 115lbs.
I would also like to point out that my time was way better than Adam Trammell and Scott Pate's time.
good job trey! it is noted that you had a much faster time than adam and scott. :)
also, i was super impressed by several things tonight. here are only two of them:
1. alex ran a very fast mile in which my husband might be given a run for his money....
2. drew actually did the muscle up ring hand stand! total beast!
Alex? Am I about to lose the title?
5:48 115lb
Amber 3:10 rx - PR!
75# - 4 minutes and change.
i had horrible form on the cleans to avoid bumping into belly. goes to show you that the bar should remain as close to the body as possible to make the movement easier! my thoughts are that i could've gone about 10# heavier, but with poor form, that isn't a wise move. that is how injury occurs, and i think i chose the smarter (although not heavier) weight.
