a comment on fish oil: when i was training full out, i was taking 9 fish oil caps a day. i felt that it helped my recovery from wods...however be aware of the quality that you purchase. a good indicator is if you freeze it and it freezes solid, then it is not a high quality. if you freeze it and it remains liquid consistency, you're good to go! here is a great way to calculate how much fish oil you should take a day, as well as links to the benefits of fish oil:

Another comment about fish oil:
if anyone is thinking about upping their fish oil intake to coincide with the fish oil calculator, i would suggest ramping it up slowly over the course of a few days. rapid increas in fish oil might cause slight headache. to avoid this, increase your caps by 1-2 a day, instead of all at once.
i don't want my peeps to have a headache and miss out on training!
So, I decided to start fish oil and see what the fuss is all about. I started yesterday (Wed) and took 4. The calculator recommended 7. So, from what you said, if I ramp up 1 pill a week, should that be good?
