6:17 RX'd, had to clean and jerk the weight. 95 is a little heavy for me on the power snatch.

5 Mile run at Trak Shak. 37:42. Around a 7:32 pace per mile. We had a good pace going considering the heat factor. Really took advantage of pose running on those small upward climbs.

Really fun wod today amber wanted me to note that I beat her and I did 4:47 took 8 seconds off wod and didn't ghost drop the bar and i think the run part was longer so I'm pumped on tomorrow rough 3 2 1 go oh ya Eric got 5:20 Lynn 6:11 she says lol

@ 95lbs sounds like an easy chipper until u do 5 burpees every min on the min until the work is done. next time I will only do 15 burpess

we tried to get the guys to run it because one of the guys is wanting to be me in the sport of fitness but the only taker was the pregnant coach Cori

Cori - sub 10...like 9:37 or something? Rxd weight of 65#.

And then Drew and I ran the Air Force wod. I did a preggers version with the 45# bar and no burpees. My time was 11 or so minutes. Last time I did that wod rxd in 9:58! My how times have changed!
