12 x's 400 meters. 1:30 to 1:41, 30seconds rest between intervals. Today was to push on your 5k pace. Total was 3 miles.

i ♥ mobility wods!

I did the "pain cave" wod (8/23) which focused on stretching the hip flexors. 4min each side. I had no idea my hip flexors were so tight. The calf stretching one was nice (8/24).
I am curious to see just how long it takes to complete the first ever mobility wod - 10 minutes of total time sitting in the bottom of the squat.
