1 mile for time. 5:49. Ugh... Slusggish this morning. Good abse to work off of for track work in the future. So far we have the 800's, 400's, and now 1 mile. This gives us some times to shoot for in the fall.
Drew 800 on 0-6-12-18 mins thats 4 800s at 3:25 to 3:35 with 2:25 to 2:25 rest {goal is 3no 3off} legs were heavy the air was thick but most of all I am a unconditioned runner. 5wods 1 speedday 1 rest. repeat
