Army Sgt. Keith Adam Coe, 30, of Auburndale, Fla., assigned to the 1st Battalion, 37th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., died April 27th, 2010, in Khalis, Iraq, of wounds sustained when enemy forces attacked his unit with an explosive device. He is survived by his wife Katrina Coe, two sons, Killian and Keith Jr., and daughter, Klover.

Sorry to disappoint Coach Cori, who by the way has made some really good predictions! I will try to beat Elyse Umeda (14:43) tonight. I wish I would have paid more attention to those times before I did the WOD.
Drew is going for sub 10 but atleast wants to beat Kristen Clever. He'll be fast b/c he can do his thrusters and pushups unbroken.

REMINDER - keep those rings in tight!

15:49 Pack - ok for first day back! The rice and beans two meals a day for the last 8 days didn't seem to help....

well i got like 28:55 and the recovery was a workout in itself. very rough but feel good about the rx. zach

Good job everyone! I was ready to quit at the end of round 8. I went outside, laid down in the grass and almost puked! Passing out was a good option at that point.Drew, Amber, and Cori really pushed me back in and reminded me that we don't quit! Thanks guys! 29:16 RX'd. I was pushing to beat Zach!

I don't know were the female coaches are getting there predictions but I had a game of sub 15 but the hand break was on because the bar was not resting on my shoulders in the thrusters ,and I did not stretch after and that will make it harder for tomorrow but , and ,and, so. im not whining just blogging. Drew 13:14 Rx.

Well 2nd wod of the day was scaled waaaaaaay down. I was too sore to go rx'd again so I did Pups :) 5rds with 45# and knee pushups 4:57. Yay! Sub 5! Elyse Umeda won today but I'll get her next time we do this wod.
