RuckFest

Join us this morning at Combat Fitness for the Strength and Endurance Invitational, 8am-12:30pm. 2 athletes from each CrossFit gym around town were invited. Drew is representing the Carport. This is a LONG event. 3 wods back-to-back.

Operation 1
8 rounds of:
Snatch, 3 reps
1 18ft rope climb
500M ruck with 40lb backpack

Operation 2
8 rounds of:
Clean and press, 3 reps
15 push ups
500M ruck with 40lb backpack

Operation 3
8 rounds of:
Squat Clean, 3 reps
1 Turkish get-up with each arm
500M ruck with 40lb backpack

RUCK - walk or run with a weighted backpack. 250M downhill, go around the cone, 250M uphill to return to the gym.

We feel like sprinters jumping into a marathon. Haha!
