1 min Sit-ups
1 min Kettlebell Swings
1 min Rope Climb
1 min Row for calories
1 min DB Burpees
1 min Pullups
1 min Rest

Each rep counts as one point. Rope climbs count as 10 points. Beginner rope climbs count as two points. Post your score to comments.
