Sorry I missed this morning but made up the workout this afternoon at the Y!S- 245, 275, 300(miss)=275P- 155, 175(miss), 165=165D- 275, 315, 335=335Total= 775Dang squats!!! 25 lbs away from 800! Next time I'll hit it!

Dave,You did 185# back squat 4/12 and TRIPLES with 115# on shoulder press last month.Check the old posts. You've got more in you, man!
