With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Drew 17+17 first 10 min did pullup + burpee "its all about fitness"
hands hurt but that is weakness leavening the body.

Autumn 20+11 BPU she sand bagged me.
