I ran the loop at home 2 times then did 100 burpees on the carport.

amber - i did that GA sectional wod of fran (65#) with burpees instead of pullups plus 30x155# deadlifts at the end. wow...that is the first wod i've ever done that i thought i was gonna meet pukie about 5 minutes afterwards! time 10:26

10:25 mile. I guess that's not all that bad for only being out of the hospital for 2 weeks.

I did a 6:09 mile and 100 burpees. Total time was 15:27!!! I can run em strong when weights are not involved! My 15 minutes of fame at The Carport! Still couldn't beat Drew! Dude is STRONG.
