20 pound wall ball shots. 20,20,20,15,15. Got 2 full rope climbs, and on the 3rd round got 2/3 of the way up. 400 Meter runs were all under 2 minutes. Good workout!
i have no clue what my #'s were. i didnt enjoy this one.
3 rounds 28 shots and 2 R.C.2 rounds 25/1400 meter jog 2min rope was so hard Scott U pushed hard mane thing U did not get time lapped.
