20 Wallball shots, 8-12# pound ball (8 foot target)

3 full rounds, and got to 10 wall balls on the 4th. Used 20 pound ball.

I want to practice more with the Wright balls. I am going to figure out how to throw them so I can catch them better.

20# ball (the unbalanced wobbly ball i might add) to 9' target

hm....amber, we need a showdown on this one. i'm sure you'd kick my butt considering you're throwing that ball to the 17.2' target at carport! however i do not wish to do this wod again anytime soon! maybe next year or something.
