Only did 75lbs on squat snatches. ROM is improving on HSPU, tried to kip and will have to work on that one. Box jumps were solid. Allen crushed us all with starting his
7th round. I got 4 rounds and got 5 squat snatches on the 5th round. Good news is on round 3 and 4 I got 4 squat snatches unbroken with touch and go. So maybe I could get up to 20 or so on touch and go and then start working on 95lbs to work my way up.

Just got in 3 1/2 rounds - couldn't quite get in the box jumps! Def 4 next time, shoulders started failing with the kipping HSPUs 4th round. Also only 75# on squat snatches.

I finished 4 full rounds and 5 jumps on the matt wich i believe is taller than the box. Did Only the bar on the snatches, And also modified pushups.
