It should be comparable to your 5k run time. This post says a good women's time is 20-21min. Take a look: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/archive/index.php/t-39363.html
I tried something new this morning. I was behind on the Burpee Challenge so I did burpees for 30 minutes. My goal was 300 but I got 383! Woohoo! 100 - 6:55 150 - 10:50 200 - 14:44 300 - 23:14 383 - 30:00 Went ahead and did 17 more just to make it an even 400. I wish I would have thought to do those while the clock was still going. :)
5K Was 22:39. Next time we run I'm hoping Allen will have something cool written on the back of his shirt since that was the only direction I could see him from.
Ended up getting passed on Drew on the weights. Good WOD.
