amber - i did 165# time was in the 27 minute range. it stunk hardcore. you're a beast with the 185#! pullups are my WEAKNESS. i texted you back last night....let us know if we can bring anything on sunday.
Allen, Congrats on your first rip. Ouch!!! Drew said you didn't even know you did it until the workout was over. I guess you're just tough like that. :)
