100 Burpees for time
Post time to comments.
(Last year, Clara Jane did 100 Burpees in under 10 minutes. She was 3 years old. WOW!)
We are committing ourselves to a 100-Day Burpee Challenge. You are welcome to join us for all or part of this challenge. We start today!
The Rules:
1. Use proper burpee form. ( Burpee Demo...[wmv])
2. You can complete each day's burpees all at once, or broken up and done at different times throughout the day
3. If for some reason you miss a day, you have to make up all the missed burpees the following day
4. If you don't start the challenge with us today, you can "buy-in" at any time by doing ALL the missed day's burpees on your first day
5. Any burpees you complete during your regular workout can count towards that day’s Challenge burpees, if you want them to
6. Have fun doing burpees and getting stronger doing it!
Starting today, anyone who wants to participate will do one burpee. Then each day you will increase the number of burpees by one which means you will do 100 burpees on May 11th. In total we will do 5,050 burpees in 100 days. Note that you are allowed to break up your burpees throughout the day or do them in one set.
Do 100 burpees for time today so you have something to compare to on May 11th.
