Not 100% positive on the 235 number....think that's right....

amber - the amrap has been changed from running 100m to 45 FEET. might want reeval if you had a game plan with the 100m. also, i'll email you about what i've found out about the trail run.

i did their media guide so have been in touch daily with one of the planners from the garage. if you have any questions about anything, shoot me an email. i have info about the sandbags as well. i'm sure you've been reading their site, though!
