Front Squat 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps
Since we all rolled tails on Saturday, we are going to do the Front Squat WOD today. If you front squatted on Saturday, do the wall-ball/snatch from the high-hang WOD today.

DNF. My downfall is my rack on the squats and how bad that many reps hurts my wrist. Just a matter of getting stronger there, and not pitching forward on higher reps. Max weight 1 time for all 3 was 155

I think I could have gone a little heavier on the 20 and 30 rounds. Probably 115# and 105# for those. That was a great WOD for working on the rack.
