Woo that was tough. That was the first time to do it rx. Drew, you did a great job coaching me through it. You really helped me @ the end when I was getting out of breath. Getting a big breath before my clean and again before my jerk helped me stablize. Couldn't have finished in that time without you, babe!!!!
Jason, I used the warm up bar for thiS WOD today! I still cried and complained the whole time. Maybe one day we can work up to 20 pounds. Why do I hurt so bad today? I'm FREAKIN SORE!!!!!!
