INTERMEDIATE - 3 Rounds
95# Squat Clean - 20 reps (65# women)
20 Pull-Ups

BEGINNER - 2 Rounds
95# Power Clean - 15 reps (55# Women)
60 Jumping Pull-ups
800M

I ran 2/3 rounds of Badger on the intermediate level. the good news is I got through the 95lb weight which for me is a big improvement. The down side is I'm to slow. It took me 22:48. So that means next Saturday will be about 30 to 35 minutes. Also today is Friday and my whole body is trashed. Another dis-advantage.
