We did Fran today to get things started on the evaluation. Hey Drew-I forgot to tell you today I'm out Thursday and Friday. The Vulcan run is Saturday and I'm going for a PR so I'll need rest for 2 days. Anyone from here want to run?

44:54. That's 7:14 a mile. That was before I had ever heard of crossfit though. Let's see the difference at Vulcan. I'm going out at 7:00 even for the first 4, and then looking for 6:45's on the last 2. Would like to finish on 43:30 as a goal.

Nothing like a little cross fit sandwich for breakfast this morning. Drew tells me I have a date with Cindy tommorow morning. I met her once before and she was very mean to me! She made me hurt all day!

I really like the exposed block and warehouse setting.

Looking forward to the workoout tommorow!!!

What a great web log. I spend hours on the net reading blogs, about tons of various subjects.
