MU subs = 3:1 MU progressions, 3:1 pullups+ring dips, or 3:1 ring rows+jumping ring dips

DU subs = count your attempts or do lateral hops over your bar

Pack - 95lbs, Muscle Ups, lateral hops (no use wasting precisous time on DUs at this point) = 19.24

Looking forward to that new improved Box....although I will miss the leaks in the roof and the landscape crew next door will sorely miss us I'm sure.

Appreciate the cudos on the MUs...but to me MUs without DUs is like the pancakes w/out the syrup.

Hope my DUs for Dummies book from Amazon gets here soon.
