FOOTBALL FRIDAY: Mathletetics

10 rounds of 30 sec on 30 off 
3 Jumping Back Squats, 1/2 bodyweight 
(3-2-1-go sit in bottom of the squat, jump at 0:10, sit in bottom of the squat until jump at 0:20, sit in bottom of the squat until jump at 0:30). Score is completed reps. PENALTY: 1-rep penalty each time the bar touches the ground. 

Then

10 rounds of 10 sec on 20 sec off 
ME Jumping C2B pull-ups for total reps

Then

5 attempts at Max Average Watts in 10 pulls on the rowing machine. Score is a avg avg Watts. 

Final score is (squat score) x (JPU reps + Watts).
