1pt - sit ups
2pt - knee raises
3pt - rower crunch
4pt - GHD sit-ups 
5pt - TTR
6pt - TTB

Then

5 rounds for points
40 sec KBS (1=1/2pd, 2=1pd, 3=1.5pd, 4=2pd)
20 sec rest
40 sec ball slams (2=20, 3=30, 4=40, 5=50)
20 sec rest

20 situps x 10 rounds. (25 kbs 1pd and 20# ball slams) x 20, 5 rounds. 120 + 250 + 202 = 572
