Two 15-minute Breaks

Two 15 minute AMRAPs with 5 min rest between AMRAPs.
500M Row 
45 Burpees
40 squats
35 sit-ups
30 push-ups
25 pull-ups
20 Russian KBS, 2/1.5
15 ball slams, 30/20
10 box jumps, 24/20
5 hspu

If you complete the chipper before 15 minutes is up, begin again. Each meter rowed = 1 rep. Post reps to comments.
