Double your reps


10 1-minute rounds for HSPU reps

15 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups                
2 min Rest
20 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups                    

2 min Rest
25 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups                     

2 min Rest
30 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups
2 min Rest
35 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups
2 min Rest
40 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups
2 min Rest
45 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups
2 min Rest
50 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups
2 min Rest
55 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups
2 min Rest
60 double unders - then-max effort handstand push-ups


PENALTY - Double Unders must be completed within the minute. If you do not finish DU, subtract the number of DU reps not completed from your HSPU reps.


BONUS - Handstand push-up reps count double for all rounds completed with unbroken double unders.
